Return and Exchange Policy

At Real American Jacket, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our leather products. Your satisfaction is our priority, and if your purchase doesn’t meet your expectations, we offer a simple and convenient return and exchange process.

1. 30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange. Requests made after this period cannot be processed.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must:

  • Be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition as received.
  • Remain in its original packaging with all tags attached.
  • Be free from odors (perfume, smoke, etc.) or marks (makeup, pet hair, etc.).

3. Free Returns & Exchanges (Worldwide)

We want your shopping experience to be risk free:

  • Return Shipping: A prepaid shipping label will be provided, or your shipping cost will be reimbursed. You will not be charged for returning items.
  • Restocking Fee: No restocking fees will be applied.

4. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return or exchange:

  • Contact our support team at info@realamericanjacket.com with your Order Number and reason for the return.
  • Our team will review your request and provide a Return Authorization along with instructions for sending back your package.
  • Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified about the approval or rejection of your refund.

5. Refunds

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed promptly to your original payment method (Credit/Debit Card, Apple Pay, or Google Pay via Stripe). Please allow 5–10 business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank.

6. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange your jacket for a different size or color, the exchange will be processed at no extra cost. Once we receive your original item, the replacement jacket will be shipped free of charge.

7. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@realamericanjacket.com, including photos of the item. We will prioritize sending a replacement or issuing a full refund immediately.
