Order Cancellation Policy

At Real American Jacket, we strive to process and dispatch your orders as quickly as possible. We understand that sometimes you may need to change your mind, so this policy explains how you can cancel an order.

1. Cancellation Window

You can request to cancel an order within 12 hours of placing it. After this period, your order moves into production or processing, and it may no longer be possible to stop the shipment.

2. How to Request a Cancellation

To cancel your order, please contact our support team promptly:

Be sure to include your full name and order number so we can handle your request efficiently.

3. Cancellations After 12 Hours

If a cancellation request is made after the 12-hour window:

  • Order not yet shipped: We will attempt to cancel the order, but success cannot be guaranteed if it is already in the final stages of packaging or preparation.
  • Order already shipped: Once an order is dispatched, it cannot be canceled. You may follow our Return and Exchange Policy to return the item for a refund.

4. Custom or Made-to-Order Jackets

For custom-sized or specially tailored jackets, cancellations must be requested within 6 hours of placing the order. Once the leather or materials have been cut, the order cannot be canceled.

5. Refunds for Cancelled Orders

If your cancellation is received and approved within the allowed timeframe:

  • A full refund will be issued to your original payment method (Credit/Debit Card, Apple Pay, or Google Pay via Stripe).
  • You will receive an email notification once the refund is processed.
  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank.

6. Cancellation by Real American Jacket

We reserve the right to cancel any order for reasons including, but not limited to:

  • Suspected fraudulent activity detected by the payment processor.
  • Errors in pricing or product information.
  • Unavailability of the ordered item.

If an order is canceled, you will be notified via email, and a full refund will be issued immediately.
