3. Handling & Transit Time
To ensure the highest quality, many of our leather jackets are handcrafted or undergo a final inspection before dispatch.
- Handling Time: 2–4 business days (Monday to Friday)
- Transit Time (Delivery): 7–12 business days (Monday to Friday)
- Order Cut-off Time: 5:00 PM (GMT-05:00) Eastern Standard Time
Note: Total delivery time = Handling Time + Transit Time.
4. Shipping Origin & Tracking
Our jackets are dispatched directly from international production facilities and specialized warehouses to ensure you receive premium, handcrafted products.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. We partner with reliable carriers such as DHL, FedEx, and UPS to guarantee safe and timely delivery.
5. Delivery Address & P.O. Boxes
- A valid physical delivery address is required.
- We generally do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses due to the size and premium nature of our leather products.
